Deposit

$150 deposit is required.

Deposits are not deducted from cabin rental rate, but are held for up to 10 days after checkout (until inspections for damage or theft is completed).  Deposits are usually returned within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only given if reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to rental start date.

Additional Information

We have a 2-night minimum stay.  For 1-night reservation requests, please call 740-312-2400. Check-in is between 4:00-6:00 pm. Check-out is by 12:00 noon.  Late check-out will be subject to an additional day's rent.  Smoking is permitted outside the cabins only.  Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a cabin, and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited by persons under the age of 21.  Rates are listed per night and are subject to all applicable taxes.  Seneca Point Cabins is not responsible for lost or stolen property or any injuries due to accidents by cabin guests and their visitors.
